About Allister's Associates

Allister's associate photographers are selected from hundreds of applicants from across the UK and abroad. Personally mentored for anything up to a year, associates deliver an extremely high quality product and their own unique take on the documentary style.

Working individually to photograph their own commissions and never 'second shooting', associates are an integral part of the Allister Freeman Photography collective. Associates have an unobtrusive, documentary approach which, when coupled with an informal but strong sense of narrative, means their wedding and portrait work is always be of the highest standard. 

Associates have strong interests in fine art and social documentary photography inspiring them to approach weddings and portraits unconventionally and create the trademark and thought provoking coverage Allister Freeman Photography has built its reputation on.
