Andrew and Jemima’s wedding was absolutely charming. Following family tradition the wedding took place at the bride's family home in Berkshire. Both of Jemima’s sisters held similar weddings at the house and have now gone on to have young families of their own. It was a really nice touch to not only follow such a great tradition but to also have a very family orientated wedding day. There wasn’t an awful amount of space in the garden as the number of guests invited demanded quite a significant marquee! However, thankfully it didn’t rain (too much!) and the reception could be held on the lawn. The ceremony took place in a nearby church where, unfortunately, the priest wouldn’t allow any photography from the front. This was a great shame as it was a beautiful church. Be sure to ask your priest about his or her policy on photography and explain the discreet reportage wedding photography approach.
I had the pleasure of working alongside our talented Long-term student Steph during this commission. Steph is nearing completion of an eight month programme with us, her work continues to go from strength to strength.
Here are just a very few of my favourites from this fantastic little wedding day.
