Brympton D'Evercy House Wedding Photographer

Somerset wedding photographers could not fail to employ the gorgeous attributes of, reputedly, the most beautiful house in the county. Built of local golden coloured ham stone, Brympton House has evolved over the centuries at D'Evercy into a most appealing mix of architectural styles and is an amazing backdrop for romantic wedding photojournalism.

Brympton House is not only surrounded by an award winning 33 acre parkland and lake, the grounds contain a well preserved medieval building (described as the Dower House or Castle) which is licensed for civil ceremonies up to 150 and unlimited numbers outdoors.

For meaningful Somerset wedding photography, a delightful Norman church is just a stride away if you would prefer a religious ceremony.

Privately owned, the enigmatic house was opened as a wedding venue in 2008 and is available exclusively to the client. There are 14 purpose built bedroom suites for guests in addition to the luxurious complimentary bridal suite.

And because it is so ancient there are many opportunities for a Somerset wedding photojournalist to create stunning reportage wedding photography.

Run professionally, their catering team use the estate's own fruit and vegetables to provide for up to 200 dining in the ballroom or an unlimited number in a marquee. The evening reception is hosted in the eighteenth century orangery.
