Landmark Hotel on Marylebone Road, London is an exclusive 5* venue right in the heart of London.

If I’m honest, this place has to really be experienced in person to fully understand how good it is. I suppose the Landmark Hotel is the embodiment of doing every little thing that bit better than everyone else and it adds up to the creation of an exquisite luxury venue right in the heart of London.

I’m almost reluctant to spoil the surprise but just walking into the incredible reception area with its colonial-style but indoor courtyard with enormous skylight, the opulent finishings and the stunning rooms provide a visual feast.

All rooms are classically designed with original Victorian features, very high ceilings, exquisite chandeliers and a vast amount of natural daylight. Add impeccable professionalism from the dedicated staff who will cater to your every whim and you won’t find a finer venue in the Capital.

With vast banqueting halls, intimate rooms and well-stocked bars – not to mention accommodation consisting of 300 bedrooms, The Landmark Hotel is the ultimate in luxury for even the largest of weddings.

Photographing Alison and Gary’s Jewish wedding at The Landmark Hotel in London was such a pleasure. The Landmark is a grand venue fit for high-end functions and events, each room has it’s own distinctive character and the venue as a whole is incredibly satisfying to work at, always yielding a strong selection of images.

The only times I’ve worked at The Landmark are on the bigger, Jewish weddings we document. It’s the ideal backdrop for an event like this, especially in the evening when it becomes more of a party atmosphere with a big band. The band performing during Alison and Gary’s wedding were called Metropolis and they were incredible! A good band really makes the evening during a large social event like this and I could not recommend Metropolis highly enough.
