Ufton Court is a beautiful Grade 1 Tudor Manor House and Tithe Barn located between Newbury and Reading, Berkshire.
The Manor House is set in 16 acres of picturesque and secluded grounds, accessed through a sweeping driveway lined with oak trees that provides a beautiful backdrop to your wedding day. The gardens really are great and give you so much space for guests to relax in on those warm summer days.
The thing I like most about Ufton Court though is the variety. It’s got a lot of options and can cater for small intimate weddings or larger 150 guest celebrations. Having the Tithe Barn is a great asset and it’s been beautifully restored to offer a fantastic location for your wedding breakfast.
James and Sarah’s wedding was nothing short of stunning. They both have a great sense of humour and made me feel really welcome which always make my job of creating stunning images that bit easier!
From the ceremony arrival in a vintage VW camper (split screen one too no less!) to the departure in a classic Porche, to the fun and laughter throughout the day, this was a great wedding to document. Everyone took full advantage of Ufton Court and the Tithe Barn where the wedding breakfast was held.
This is certainly a venue I hope to return to in the very near future, there is such variety and it really work well with my documentary style.
I’ve selected a few of my favourite wedding photos from the day to share in the gallery below. Take a good look through and see just how lovely Ufton Court is and you’ll get a great overview of my style.
