Wow! Weddings never fail to amaze me and Lauren and Jack’s impeccably planned, fun-filled day really is no exception. I genuinely loved every minute of documenting this incredible wedding at Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire. In addition to this, Lauren and Jack are just such an amicable couple. I get to meet some truly lovely people as a consequence of my work...

My priority, aside from capturing the key moments throughout a wedding day, is to document and convey the fun, the characters and the atmosphere. From Lauren’s brothers (also ushers) creating an impromptu sing-along during the speeches to the amazing culmination that was a drunk, slightly dodgy sparkler dash, even the roaming band leading the chatty wedding party from the church to the reception, in the beautiful low winter sun, was just perfect.

Of course, there were the quieter, more tender moments, like the moment Lauren’s dad first saw his daughter in her wedding dress. But, over the course of the day (especially this one), it really was about fun, love and laughter.
