Wow, what a day!
Holly and Jay's incredibly well-planned wedding was such fun to document. Their civil ceremony was immediately followed by a very fun and playful Indian wedding ceremony by a local priest - just the right level of humour and he kept every one that wouldn't have understood certain parts of the ceremony included, which was a great touch.
The civil ceremony was memorable too with a reciting of what sounded like the most poetic reading, only a few sentences in we all realised it was an impeccably well-delivered 21 Questions by 50 Cent.
The whole day had such a great atmosphere and everyone seemed like they were having a fantastic time.
I've photographed weddings at Priston Mill many times now and it continues to be a superb venue. The barn, where the wedding breakfast and evening entertainment took place, always has the most fantastic ambient light to work in; the Mill is ideal for the drinks reception as there's plenty of space for people to mingle over the two upper floors.
